∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of operation bulletin with SMV & AML (Cutting to finishing department) & provides the operation bulletin to the concerned people & implements it for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Set daily line wise target based on the SMV, manpower & efficiency.
∎ Doing capacity study, method study, production study, line balancing etc.
∎ Ensuring production of the lines as per target.
∎ Root cause analysis (5 why) against low production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Organize all pre-production activities in advance to the line setting.
∎ Ensure the availability of required no machines and other requirements in advance with proper collaboration with concerned department and inform the management.
∎ To find out the reason for defect process as well as the way to overcome them.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly men and machines utilization, production, efficiency, non-productive, sewing alter-repair, finishing alter report.
∎ Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation.
∎ Direct and control the implementation of new technology and modern techniques to improve productivity and efficiency.
∎ Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
∎ Provide leadership in organizing the IE Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
∎ Any other assignment at the discretion of top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication & Strong command verbal and written in English & Bangla
∎ Strong leadership with communication/interpersonal skill.
∎ Should have good computer literacy..
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile division, Group of companies with 3-5 years practical experience in IE Dept.
