∎ Job Nature: Factory Production and Others.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Knowledge about Lean Management.
∎ Perform on the 5S management system.
∎ Overall responsibilities of IE & Planning Dept.
∎ Control Excessive overtime, reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
∎ Develop SMV data bank, Machine layout, Line layout & organize the line setup.
∎ Improve Individual efficiency, productivity, Proper solving method, Reduce line gap, WIP, Bottleneck & line balancing for optimum output.
∎ Best Practice to improve productivity of Method study, Capacity study, production study has to ensure. Set other assignment by the management time to time.
∎ Ability to prepare production plan as well as line plan.
∎ Analysis of production alter, reject, rework & report to the Management.
