Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as IE -Executive in process improvement, preferably in the woven (bottom) garment manufacturing industry.
∎ Must have experience to make an operation bulletin.
∎ Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
∎ Proven track record of leading process optimization projects with measurable results.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools
∎ Must have knowledge in Woven garments ( Bottom)
