Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Preferred additional Degree: Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and production engineering.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Industrial Production Engineering.
∎ Training/Trade Course: GSD,PMTS,MTM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, Industrial & Production Engineering, Knit garments
Job Context:
∎ Responsible to lead a production floor as an IE representative.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on the history of the line and factory efficiency.
∎ Make a capacity graph and balance the line to achieve the targeted efficiency.
∎ Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.
∎ Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand.
∎ Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.
∎ Simplify/Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation.
∎ Any other task is given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred IPE/Textile background. But others also ok if have good technical experience.
∎ Having knowledge on GSD/PMTS/MTM will be considered as additional advantage.
∎ Must be good in Excel.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on all sewing process.
