Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle closing of employment of the employees
∎ Resignation/Retirement and final settlement related work.
∎ Monthly update all employees PF Balance.
∎ Monthly Provident Fund & Gratuity internal voucher preparation.
∎ Prepare daily affairs of provident fund & gratuity
∎ Handle PF fund Investment.
∎ Issue and maintain PF loan related issue.
∎ Give statement of P.F. balance among the employees of the Bank on yearly basis.
∎ Prepare yearly Gratuity probation calculation.
∎ Prepare Balance sheet, Received & Payment list and conduct audit.
∎ Any other work given by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in HR department of any Bank/NBFI.
∎ Practical knowledge to handle PF & Gratuity are must.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on Labor Law
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
∎ Excellent capability in operating computer applications.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
