Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Major in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines etc. of the Company and ensure that these are continuously updated and legally compliant.
∎ Formulating short and long term HR strategy including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, staff development, staff well-being, succession planning, employee relations, retention etc.
∎ Work with management for establishing and finalizing job description and salary structure. Also ensure all job descriptions are up to date, assist in creating new ones, as and when required.
∎ Drive to implement an effective Staff Evaluation System and make employees accountable for performance.
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
∎ Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI for each role.
∎ Ensure proper recruitment and selection process e.g. receive and initiate processing of recruitment requisition, cross-check the budget with finance, prepare recruitment plan, check progress of written test and interview arrangement, attend interview as panel member.
∎ Coordinate with the concerned departments for final selection of candidates including salary packages. This requires checking, reviewing and determining the salary and designation for finally selected candidates and proposing a salary package.
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc. while maintaining organization's policies and procedures.
∎ To maintain the proper management of Transfer, Increment, Promotion with Proper Documents.
∎ To check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees.
∎ To take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, team building activities, etc.
∎ Maintain soft copy of HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system;keeping past and current records.
∎ Ensure required level of skill for employees in different departments, identify the skill gap by conducting assessment design along with Departmental Heads and arrange training accordingly.
∎ Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves.
∎ Any others tasks relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment and Selection, Payroll Processing, Problem solving capacity, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training and Development, Legal Compliance/ Performance and Career Management.
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English.
∎ The incumbent should be willing to travel if required by the company.
∎ Candidate is expected to have sound presentation skills; communicate with supervisors in a respectful and professional manner; exhibit mature behavior in ambiguous situations.
∎ They should have a unique personality in the business environment.
∎ Having knowledge about organizational behavior, individual perception, attitude and motivation that might fill the best expectation for the company.
∎ Computer literacy is essential e.g. Microsoft Office, especially MS word, MS Excel, Power point.
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player.
∎ Have to be detail oriented and efficient in handling pressure.
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
