∎ Right now, we are looking for a software architect at shurjoMukhi to provide his/her sound technical leadership in various aspects of our business. He/She will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure the company`s technologies are chosen and used in the most appropriate fashion. We expect him/her to be well-versed in current technological trends and be familiar with a variety of fintech concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, we`d like to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
∎ Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
∎ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
∎ Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs of the company.
∎ Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
∎ Streamlining technology decisions to meet the company's requirements efficiently.
∎ Acting as a mentor to team members and providing training to technical staff.
∎ Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
∎ Managing technology budgets and time frames.
∎ Must be familiar with AI, IoT and other 4IR Technologies.
∎ Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience in a Higher position in a reputed software company/ payment gateway/ IT Company.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal Skills.
∎ Smart, hardworking, energetic and highly presentable.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build future-proof strategies for the company.
∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
∎ Able to work outside working hours and remotely if required.
Salary: Negotiable
