Education:
    • Masters
  • Master`s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Discipline) from any recognised university·        

  • Minimum CGPA 4.00 (out of 5.00) or equivalent at the SSC & HSC level and 2.50 (out of 4.00) or equivalent at the graduation level.

  • 3rd division or equivalent result will not be allowed at any level.

  • Preference: Degree in Human Resources Management, PGDHRM of any globally recognized HR certification will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 62 years
  • Minimum 10 years length of service and 05 years progressive HR experience in the fields shown in the job responsibilities.    

  • Strong knowledge on labor laws, regulatory compliances, and HR best practices, 

  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing in Bangli & English,

  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure,

  • Well conversant in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT etc,

  • The shortlisted candidates have to attend in written examination and viva voce,

  • Selected candidate will be appointed on contractual basis for 02 years which may be extended based on the performance,

  • Any informal communication should be treated as disqualification of the candidate.

  • Planning, analyzing, recruiting & placement the right person to right place to achieve Bank’s goals using strategic Human Management technology,

  • Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning to maintain a robust talent,

  • Streamline performance management, compensation, career development, and KPI frameworks to ensure measurable individual and organizational performance,

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment,

  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary issues, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements,

  • Lead organizational development initiatives, change management programs, employer branding, and culture-building efforts,

  • Oversee the formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices,

  • Drive digitization of HR services and transformation of the HRIS platform,

  • Utilize data analytics for workforce optimization and data-driven decision-making,

  • Promote an ethical, people-centric culture and ensure the Bank remains an employer of choice,

  • Any other work assigned by the Management.
