Job Context:
∎ At Renssoft Solutions Ltd, we are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join our team.Our candidate must have previous experience with HR, managing a 100+ employee base, recruitment and onboarding of new talent, administration of benefits, allowances and compensations and also, engage in active growth projection of the company. The Human Resources lead will be the face of our company and implementing the company culture so it is crucial that they have exceptional interpersonal skills, communication and enthusiasm in the workplace.

Till date the company has produced more than 3 Million digital prescriptions in its platform all around the country. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, establish, and implement necessary protocols and policies of the organization guided by the management
∎ Recruit the self motivated, experienced and industry leading top talents who will be able to achieve the growth targets of the company and work under pressure
∎ Improve the existing process and functions & facilities of the company to ensure efficiency of resources and maximize the return.
∎ Implement new policies and protocols that can ensure employee satisfaction and long term retention of the talents.
∎ Monitor the daily attendance of the employees and records the leave management to make further analysis to the management.
∎ Monitor, update, and follow-up the attendance of the employees and leave management of the employees to ensure lower rate and achieve the targets.
∎ Ensure smooth generation of all disciplinary reporting, and others to ensure management requirements.
∎ Update the Employee portal and maintain the employee personal file, take full ownership of the current assets.
∎ Overview the preparation the monthly salary and allowance of the employee.
∎ Work closely with the executives to arrange the weekly training session for the employees, improve the training protocols and take other initiatives to improve the quality of the resources both in Field and In-Office.
∎ Arranging employee induction, onboarding activities of new employees.
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, and HR letters as the communication of the company towards the employees.
∎ Coordinate employee engagement activities.
∎ Prepare and submit the monthly employee performance report. Follow - up with the employees on the management decisions and other actionable items.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
