Job Context:
∎ Introduction: The Ready-Made-Garments (RMG) Sustainability Council (RSC) is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Manager is the go to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven working experience as HR Manager or similar role,
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labour law/acts and HR best practices,
∎ Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics,
∎ Excellent organisational and leadership skills,
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation,
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and reporting,
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office, and HR software,
∎ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
∎ Proficiency in English language.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources aspects of organisation and drive the our HR strategy and planning. S/he will be responsible for all HR matters across the organisation from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning & development. To perform well in this position s/he should have experience as a HR Manager, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
∎ Ideal HR Manager candidate is likely to have worked for/ or have professional service's firm (PSF), with at least 10 years of demonstrated progressive experience in HR or related discipline (15 years plus preferred).
