Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in HRM from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
∎ Work independently and report directly to the Country Director of Multichemi Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd
∎ Maintain employee personal files, initiate performance appraisals and keep records
∎ Be in charge of training procedures for new employees
∎ Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employees updated on current issues
∎ Be in charge of all administrative matters related to the company as directed by the Director
∎ Monitor employee progress as directed by the Director and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
∎ Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure all employees are properly connected
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should be a dynamic HR professional with a 2 to 3 year experience in Human Resources Management
∎ Must have a proven and successful track record of handling HR activities in a reputed company
∎ Should be a Self-Motivated, Result Oriented, Well Organized personality
∎ Should possess excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English enabling effective communication
∎ Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
