Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to the following,
∎ Collaborate with management to act on the changing needs and priorities of the business and develop an appropriate HR strategy to meet Bangladesh business objectives.
∎ Proactively discuss and propose new HR initiatives, polices and processes to the management in consultation with the central HC leader, country senior management and the HC CoEs.
∎ Liaise with SBU leaders to share staffing and workforce models for their SBU and plan out the talent needs as per the approved budget and ensure and drive hiring accordingly.
∎ Drive L&D interventions in collaboration with regional L&D CoE including coaching/ development interventions/training/career development/ high potential development etc. to meet the L&D needs for Bangladesh employees.
∎ Implement and drive country specific interventions aimed at providing exposure-opportunities to identified employees in order to aid career-growth, multi-skilling and succession-readiness through job-rotations, secondment, deputations and client-movements.
∎ Deploy the Performance management agenda for Bangladesh including setting performance goals, administering appraisal process, appraisal results, handle employee queries etc. and contribute towards maintaining a performance driven culture.
∎ Provide advice and recommendations to business on employee performance plan including measures, desired results, and standards.
∎ Lead the year end moderation discussions for employee appraisal process to ensure the reviews are conducted in a fair manner
∎ Program manage the annual compensation review for Bangladesh in collaboration with the Total Rewards CoE and ensure that implementation of a cohesive market driven compensation philosophy.
∎ Guide and coach managers on conducting performance coaching discussions for their subordinates and ensure consistency in the performance process of Bangladesh.
∎ Implement and roll out process/ policies/ plans and initiatives whilst managing and promoting them with the support of the management and regional HC team.
∎ Manage sensitive employee relation cases in compliance to stipulated procedure outlined by Bangladesh Labour Act.
∎ Ensure proper compliance and manage quality of all HR policies and processes as per Bangladesh laws and regulatory requirements.
∎ Should be able to manage end to end HR functions of Bangladesh operations.
∎ Manage and drive HR actions related to Provident Fund Trust, Gratuity Trust and WPPF in collaboration with other internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives enhance connect within the team.
∎ Will be expected to gather market intelligence and deepen his/her understanding on business and industry
∎ Adopting a proactive approach towards appropriate planning and prioritization of tasks.
∎ Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes for 100% closure of HC queries.
∎ Building a strong connect with Internal stakeholders through constant and high levels of engagement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
∎ Ability to influence/persuade stakeholders
∎ Open to learning and is comfortable to work in a continuously changing environment
∎ Proactive and robust thought process
∎ Meticulous and committed attitude with an eye for detail
∎ Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Act and regulatory guidelines
∎ Understanding of best in class HC policies and processes
∎ Advanced proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
∎ Strong analytical skills

Salary: Negotiable
