Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Ensure that all garments meet the customer quality specification as per standard.
∎ 2. Ensure all of process requirement are in place and working.
∎ 3. Ensure required equipment’s entire are in place before start production.
∎ 4. Review the 1st output and take corrective action if required.
∎ 5. To attend RA meeting, Preparation meeting, size set review, size set correction, PP Meeting and follow up 1st 50 Audit result with relevant team members.
∎ 6. Analysis the daily basis garments rejection and take necessary action to reduce the reject quantity.
∎ 7. Analysis the hourly basis sewing lot audit result and give required support to audit team.
∎ 8. Coordinate with production team and give immediate support on quality related issues.
∎ 9. Monitoring the quality performance at end line inspector.
∎ 10. Provide the required training to the sewing quality responsible person.
∎ 11. Before start new style need to verify pp sample, pp comments, Updated tech pack, Approved trim card, customer communication and before wash requirement.
∎ 12. To maintain Discipline in whole section as per set procedure.
∎ 13. To correct the bulk pattern based on shrinkage and requirement.
∎ 14. To coordinate with Cutting, Sample Room, VCP, Fabric Tech, Production, Finishing, Store and merchandising team to ensure the readiness of Gold Seal/Green Seal/TOP/Production Reference sample before the shipment. Must maintain a schedule to track mentioned sample’s progress status on daily basis.
