Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy formulation and implementation.
∎ Organizational development.
∎ Ensuring factory compliance regarding HR aspect.
∎ Employees leave management.
∎ Employee's performance evaluation.
∎ HR monitoring and strategy implementation.
∎ To lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
∎ To supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accessible approach to other.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Should have a good communication skill.
∎ Have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
