Responsibilities & Context:

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis sessions with client HR and administrative teams.
  • Document business processes, workflow requirements, and customization needs.
  • Map client HR policies (attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, appraisal, etc.) to system functionalities.

System Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure HRIS, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance modules based on client requirements.
  • Set up salary structure, grade, designation, increment rules, holiday calendar, shift settings, etc.
  • Coordinate with development team for custom features, integrations, and enhancements.

Testing & Validation

  • Prepare test scenarios and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Identify system gaps, report bugs, and verify fixes with development team.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, attendance data, and statutory compliance.

Training & User Support

  • Provide end-user training for HR, Accounts, and Admin teams.
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation.
  • Offer onsite and remote support during and after implementation.

 Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support

  • Support client during system go-live, data migration, and initial payroll runs.
  • Ensure stability of HR processes after deployment.
  • Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, QA team, and client stakeholders.
  • Provide regular implementation progress reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
