• Candidates with relevant practical experience in SaaS, client servicing, or documentation roles will be given preference.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Good organizational and follow-up ability.

• Basic understanding of SaaS / job portal platforms.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

1. WorkNestor Marketing & Client Engagement

Conduct client outreach and follow-ups to promote WorkNestor.

Assist clients with account registration and onboarding.

Support marketing activities, client meetings, and product presentations.

Maintain strong relationships to increase client retention and conversion.

2. Documentation & Requirement Management (Core Focus)

Capture detailed notes from client meetings and discussions.

Prepare clear and structured documentation of client requirements.

Ensure proper alignment between client expectations and deliverables.

Identify gaps and clarify scope before project initiation.
