Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or project documentation.
Experience in government tender preparation including e-gp is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ/EOI preparation processes.
Excellent command of English writing and communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proposal & Tender Documentation:
Prepare technical proposals, financial proposals, EOI documents, and government tender submissions.
Analyze tender requirements and prepare documentation in compliance with RFP, RFQ, ToR, and government procurement guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and legal information required for tender submission.
Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, proposals, and supporting documents.
Project Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as:
Scope of Work (SoW)
Requirement Specifications
Project Plans
User Manuals
Progress Reports
Completion Reports
Work closely with project managers and technical teams to document project requirements, workflows, and deliverables.
Ensure version control and proper archival of project documents.
Business & Compliance Documentation:
Draft company profiles, capability statements, compliance documents, and supporting papers for business development activities.
Prepare presentation materials and reports for clients and management.
Ensure all documentation follows company standards and client requirements.
Coordination & Quality Assurance:
Review and proofread all documents for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and formatting consistency.
Ensure documentation aligns with branding and professional standards.
Liaise with government agencies or clients when clarification on documentation is required.
