Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete file maintain & update of HR. Salary Sheet, House keeping, Maternity benefit, Service benefit calculation, overtime calculation.
∎ Day-to-day attendance maintain through Software
∎ Ethical, Technical, CT-PAT and all kinds of policies and awareness.
∎ Experience of Labour Law and PC Committee.
∎ All kinds of audit with Accord & Alliance, SEDEX, BSCI and others.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 years Practical experience in Garments Industry.
