Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: HR and Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing all works of Recruitment & Selection

  • Preparing, issuing and disbursing appointment letters and informing new employees about rules and regulations of the institution.

  • Preparing and distributing transfer, separation, disciplinary documents and various certificates.

  • Assisting in performance appraisal process.

  • Coordinating and ensuring training arrangements for employees.

  • Preparing various HR related forms.

  • Checking monthly attendance report & keeping record of employee leaves, annual leave calculation.

  • Preparing monthly report of newly recruited employees and discontinuing employees, payment instructions.

  • Updating Memorandum/Service rules/other documents time to time as per the instruction of Management.

  • Ensuring renewal of contracts through faculties and other designated officials.

  • Making effective coordination & cooperation between all departments/branches/campuses for any accounts, academic and administrative requirement.

  • Preparing Job Description and Organogram according to the instruction of Management.

  • Preparing departmental correspondence letters and coordinating accordingly.

  • Coordinating with Management and others employees to share various information/notices.

  • Other responsibilities as mentioned by Management in line of institutional works.
