Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, or Computer Science (with multimedia focus)

• Formal training in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is essential

• Understanding of educational design principles will be considered an advantage

• 3 to 5 years

• 3–5 years’ experience in motion graphics or explainer video production

• Portfolio demonstrating transformation of educational content (not only commercial work)

• Experience with e-learning platforms (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) or educational video

• production

• Familiarity with instructional design principles

• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) to automate workflows

Key Skills:

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)

• Understanding of visual pedagogy and concept clarity

• Ability to work from slide decks and structured academic content

• Experience with voiceover integration and subtitle workflows
