Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
∎ • Prepare factory in accordance with local law and buyer's requirement and conduct compliance audit in coordination with the buyer's representative as well as the factory management.
∎ • Meet up the requirements of RSC, Seedex, Fair Wear, GOATS, CTPAT, BSCI, WRAP, ISO, GRS, QMS, LEAD, HIGG, etc certification.
∎ • Must have liaison with buyers’ compliance team and various 3rd party audit institutions, such as Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS, TUV, etc., and implement Code of Conduct (COC) provided by the buyers.
∎ • Look after the compliance issues in line with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well.
∎ • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Chemical Management / environmental Training, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively in a timely fashion.
∎ • Prepare and update policies for compliance in a timely fashion
∎ • Always be ready for the surprise Audit
∎ • Must follow up with BGMEA, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments, and Local Law enforcement Authority regarding new rules and regulation of operating factory and worker management
∎ • Deal with the efficient recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, and Orientation.
∎ • Update attendance management and compliant monthly salary sheet.
∎ • Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, and welfare issues.
∎ • Preparation and managing workers and staff's personal files,
∎ • Update attendance management and compliant monthly salary sheet.
∎ • Follow up Payroll work
∎ • Identify upcoming turbulence within the workforce and take action for an immediate solution
∎ • Maintain good liaison with nearby factory's HR-Admin and Compliance team
∎ • Carry out regular internal compliance audits & put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports thereof.
∎ • Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
∎ • Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene, and environment
∎ • Work with factory admin department for housekeeping and cleaning initiatives, to ensure workplace hygiene and safety, identify loose wires, extinguisher expiry dates, congestion, earplugs not worn by operators, safety gloves, blockades/marking, and emergency exit open, First Aid and complain boxes replenishment.
∎ • Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ • Age at least 30 years
∎ • Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and Amendment Act 2013 is a must.
∎ • Should have sound knowledge in Accord Alliance
∎ • Must have excellent leadership qualities.
∎ • Adaptable, proactive, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ • Must have people management skills.
∎ • Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office Packages.
