• Strong analytical and planning skills.       

• Capacity analysis and production forecasting           

• Sound Knowledge of sweater production process            

• ERP knowledge      

• Problem solving and risk mitigation        

• Fast-fashion cycle management

• Develop master production plans based on order and capacity.       

• Ensure effective utilization of machines and manpower.     

• Conduct pre-production meetings and provide T&A follow-up.      

• Set and achieve production targets on time.       

• Conduct daily meetings to monitor production schedules.      

• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.       

• Resolve production issues; escalate unresolved problems to management.     

• Coordinate with Merchandising/Marketing, IE, production, and stores for planning execution.     

• Establish inter-departmental SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for material handovers.     

• Update production forecast and resolve planning conflicts.  

• Develop risk mitigation strategies for order fluctuations and seasonal demand peaks.     

• Ensure daily production plan is aligned with buyer delivery dates.     

• Communicate with all departments to streamline operations.    

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with management.       

• Submit daily reports. 

• Analyze historical production data to forecast future resource requirements.
