• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

• Only Male

• Lean and Six Sigma basics      

• ERP system usage       

• Capacity planning knowledge

• Lead IE team to optimize productivity across departments.       

• Analyze sweater "minute values" for accurate costing/time utilization.        

• Develop/implement improved methods to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.    

• Conduct R&D on linking, trimming & mending timings (from development phase to final    production).       

• Collaborate with production/planning teams for smooth order execution.       

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.     

• Prepare operator skill matrix.       

• Introduce lean techniques and Kaizen.       

• Prepare manpower loading plans.      

• Validate line layout and conduct IE audits.      

• Create comparative analysis reports for manual vs. automated linking efficiency.
