Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, IT recruitment, and industry practices.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and compliance.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, tech stacks, and technical job functions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking ability.

  • Proficiency with HR software and Google Workspace.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled Technical HR Manager with strong HR expertise and technical understanding to recruit, manage, and retain top software talent. The role involves leading talent acquisition, employee management, HR operations, and engagement programs to support our fast-paced software environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for engineers, developers, QA, and designers.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through portals, referrals, and networking.

  • Implement HR policies aligned with technical teams and labor laws.

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and set KPIs with technical leads.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

  • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll, and compliance.

  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

  • Build a positive and inclusive work environment for software professionals.

  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.
