Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee recruitment processes by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

  • Coordinate performance review processes and provide constructive feedback.

  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Advise management on necessary changes to improve employee engagement and productivity.
