• Age 25 to 35 years

• Specializes in the design, construction and management of high-quality residential and industrial properties.

• Oversee the entire architectural design process, starting from concept development to project completion.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability.

• Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing conditions, and ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

• Sketch Up, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Auto CAD

• IAB Membership is required
