Responsibilities & Context:
Direct all administrative activities within the PEB factory, including office procedures, compliance, and policy implementation.
Train and supervise staff, ensuring optimal performance and fostering a positive work environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address any potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage utilities, and ensure the upkeep of factory premises to support operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, and streamline procurement processes to ensure smooth production operations.
Control expenses to support cost-effective operations and financial sustainability.
Interact with customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and uphold customer satisfaction.
