Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct employee recruitment programs as per standardized Recruitment Plan for each department
∎ Ensure complete implementation and compliance of Energypac HR policy across the organization
∎ Manage employee reimbursements as per defined HR Budget
∎ Maintain comprehensive employee database in SAP and generate customized HR reports as per the needs of the management
∎ Oversee placement and orientation of new employees
∎ Conduct periodic employee evaluation using advanced assessment tools
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement, assistance and training programs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
