Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 49 years
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Highly organized, confidential, and proactive in resolving HR issues.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
∎ Prior experience in a recruitment or manpower agency is highly desirable.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws, ERP systems, and employee compliance processes.
∎ Familiarity with BMET and Ministry documentation processes is a strong plus.
∎ Experience in a manpower/export agency or government liaison role is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
∎ Manage employee records, payroll coordination, leave, and attendance.
∎ Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
∎ Plan and execute performance evaluations, staff training, and development programs.
∎ Assist in manpower planning and departmental HR coordination.
∎ Maintain documentation for audits and HR compliance reporting.
∎ Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, and draft professional correspondence.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
∎ Coordinate with BMET and Ministry for file submission, approval, and follow-up.
∎ Maintain confidential files, agency documents, and communication logs.
∎ Handle travel plans, internal scheduling, and logistics for Managing Director
∎ Act as a communication bridge between management and departments/government offices.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, inspections, or audits.
∎ HR Responsibilities:
