Job Context:
∎ HR-Manager
∎ For Garment Division (Woven)
∎ For Textile Division

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to Developing and Implementing HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Proper Implementation, Execution and maintaining all functions related to Human Resource Management.
∎ Bridging Management and Employee Relations by addressing demands, Grievances or other issues
∎ Providing supports to the current and Future Business needs through Development, Engagement, Motivation and Preservation of Human Capital
∎ Develop and Monitor overall HR strategies, Systems, Tactics, and Procedures across the organization
∎ Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Ensure the Rights, Responsibilities, and Disciplines of all Employees
∎ Establish and carry high standard recruitment process to assign best suitable employees to each designation.
∎ Develop company's professional recruitment policy.
∎ Establish methodology and carrying out high standard of Assessment of the needs, Skill Development & Knowledge Enhancement program to develop the capacity and professional strength of all employees. To develop overall Training & Development strategy.
∎ Maintain the Employee turnover and the Absenteeism to the acceptable and best level as per the Industry Benchmarks
∎ Carryout to maintain required Orientations and Motivational activities periodically and when required
∎ Ensure having most suitable financially viable salary structure aligned with company's business functionality, and making sure the accuracy of it related to each and every Employee
∎ Ensure the organization, Safety, Cleanliness, and Housekeeping in every workplace
∎ Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Carryout the projects and special tasks assigning by the management
∎ Report to management and provide Decision support through HR Metrics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 46 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about HR Systems and Databases.
∎ Good command in English and Computer skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Labor low and HR practices.
∎ Must Have Knowledge about Garments/ Textile.
