• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience is preferable.  

• Strong command of English (Written & Verbal) for drafting high-quality technical reports.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (for viewing/extracting quantities).

• Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.

• Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.

• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and large volumes of paperwork.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Good communication skill

• Managing the technical reporting and documentation lifecycle of the projects.

• Drafting technical reporting & data analysis for the management.

• Maintaining documentation & record keeping of the sites.

• Attend technical meetings, record minutes and ensure tasks are completed by the team.

• Coordinating & communicating with suppliers and other vendors.

• Ensuring all engineering data, progress reports, and compliance documents are accurate, timely, and professionally presented.

• Follow company policy, security and cost effectiveness.

• Any other jobs assigned by the management.
