Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with the initial screening of resumes and applications.
∎ Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
∎ Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining recruitment records.
∎ Participate in recruitment marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential candidates.
∎ Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
∎ We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing recruitment and HR functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world HR practices and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced startup environment.
