Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• Age 23 to 30 years

• BBA/MBA in (HRM, Management, or equivalent).

• Excellent english writing and communication skills.

• Advanced level proficiency in MS office suite. (Especially in MS Excel and google spreadsheets).

• Comfortable with public speaking.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Working time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ( 6 days in a week).

Job Context:

• The Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring the dissemination and implementation of the Human Resources policies and practices. Provide general day-to-day HR services to the field-based employees.

Job Responsibilities:        

• Assist in recruitment & Selection Process that includes job advertisement, CV Screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.

• Prepare job description and specifications for the entire department.

• Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment.

• Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, attendance, etc.

• Provide ID card, Visiting card to the employees in a timely manner.

• Management equipment stock inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.

• Maintain up-to-date records of office equipment/devices allocated to the employees.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
