- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Especially in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet).
- Comfortable with public speaking.

Responsibilities & Context:
Updating company database by inputting new employee`s contact information.
Manage equipment stock inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
Maintain up-to-date records of office equipment/devices allocated to employees.
Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
Provide support across various HR activities, assisting with projects, and tasks as needed.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
