Ray Advertising is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to support our rapidly growing global team. This is a Remote (Work From Home) position with a semi–night shift schedule.
This position involves night shift from Saturday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM BD time— including a 1-hour break.
Founded in 2019 in Redding, California, Ray Advertising is a U.S.-based performance marketing and lead generation agency specializing in Pay Per Call, Affiliate Marketing, and Digital Advertising. We connect high-intent U.S. consumers with businesses in health insurance, home services, legal, finance, nutra, and more.
Our Bangladesh team plays a critical role in recruitment, operations, and remote workforce management — ensuring smooth communication, effective hiring, and top-tier performance across all departments.
We are looking for a HR Executive who can confidently manage full-cycle recruitment, support employee operations, maintain HR documentation, and act as a communication bridge between management and staff.
This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work with diverse international teams.
You will be directly involved in global hiring, employee management, basic payroll assistance, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who wants to build a strong HR career in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire hiring process A–Z, including ATS creation/maintenance, job description writing, job posting, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, shortlisting, offer negotiation, onboarding, and orientation.
Lead recruitment across multiple countries (Bangladesh, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Ukraine, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, Pakistan, and others).USA, Mexico,
Build and maintain diverse global talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
Ensure hiring processes meet company standards, performance metrics, and timelines.
Coordinate all candidate communication, interview scheduling, documentation, offer letters, onboarding workflows, and handoff to departments.
Use job boards, social media, online platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and industry networks to attract high-quality talent.
Deliver consistent evaluations to support data-driven hiring and maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Oversee attendance, leave management, shift adjustments, payroll preparation, and monthly HR reporting.
Maintain strong employee relations to support retention and engagement, addressing concerns promptly.
Monitor employee performance, task allocation, and delivery timelines with department heads.
Track daily activities, ensure accountability, and support teams in meeting deadlines and project goals.
Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions or improvement plans.
Manage company-wide announcements, policy updates, and internal communication.
Work with management to ensure smooth workflows and balanced workload distribution.
Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture, encouraging teamwork and open communication across remote teams.
Oversee employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, support behavioral standards, and assist with performance review processes.
Maintain a respectful, motivated, and productive work environment.
Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, employee handbooks, and organizational guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company rules and labor practices across operating regions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
Coordinate and support training programs for both new hires and existing employees.
Ensure full onboarding completion, including orientation, system access, policy review, and department-level training.
Track training progress and follow up with department leads for ongoing development.
Provide hands-on training, supervision, and task guidance to HR interns; review their work and support their professional growth.
Act as the primary communication channel between employees and leadership, ensuring smooth and transparent information flow.
Handle employee concerns and feedback with professionalism and confidentiality.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management while ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.
Represent the company at job fairs, career fairs, and HR-related events.
Remain available for urgent HR needs, special assignments, or time-sensitive company activities.
Must be available for HR duties, recruitment events, job fairs, or special assignments on short or long notice as required.
Probation Period
All new hires will begin with a 1-month probation period, during which they will receive 50% of the agreed salary. After successful completion, full salary will apply. Probation is not extended beyond one month.
