Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Job requirements from differnt team and run analysis on difffernt job portals to understand the standard for the post.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/social media/blogs/ etc.
∎ Screen the applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
∎ Call candidates and schedule online appointments.
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing team players.
∎ Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
