Good command of documentation, reporting, and MS Office (Excel is a must).
Ability to work under pressure in a busy factory setting with diverse manpower.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR support for factory employees and contribute to building an efficient and engaged workforce at our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance, leave management, overtime reconciliation, and monthly HR records.
- Manage recruitment for blue-collar and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and joining formalities.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction sessions, and personnel file documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing by verifying attendance, OT, late, and leave summaries.
- Monitor and handle worker grievances, behavior issues, disciplinary procedures, and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure labor law compliance, including working hours, safety compliance, and factory policies.
- Coordinate with the production team for shift planning, manpower allocation, and absence reporting.
- Oversee PPE issuance, ID cards, uniform distribution, and inventory updates.
- Maintain employee welfare activities, including medical support coordination, canteen management, and worker engagement programs.
- Support fire safety training, compliance audits, and factory inspections.
- Prepare regular HR reports, turnover analysis, attendance trends, and manpower status.
- Work closely with Admin to ensure security, housekeeping, hygiene, and facility maintenance standards.
