• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of local and international sourcing processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. 

• Experience in furniture raw materials sourcing (timber, boards, fittings, upholstery, etc.) is desired.

• Familiarity with production planning and inventory control systems.

• Knowledge of import regulations and logistics coordination.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

We are looking for someone to be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics functions to ensure timely Material Purchase. This role ensures that all raw materials, components, and finished goods are procured cost-effectively and delivered on time to support smooth manufacturing and project execution.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and vendors for furniture materials, hardware, and related services.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process — from requisition to delivery — ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Liaise with design, production, and project teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and sustainability objectives.

• Track and analyze key procurement metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements.

• Oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance processes (if applicable).

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules
