Additional Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in furniture production drawing is highly desired.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, SolidWorks, 3D Max, or other design software will be an advantage).
Sound understanding of furniture materials, hardware, finishing, and manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and design-to-production alignment.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team and support our furniture design and manufacturing process by preparing detailed production drawings with complete material specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare precise and comprehensive furniture production drawings based on design concepts and manufacturing requirements.
Incorporate material specifications, dimensions, joinery details, and finishing information in all drawings.
Prepare and verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on production requirements and drawing observations.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with production standards.
Revise and update drawings as required to reflect design or process changes.
Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
