∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will get advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Labor Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety & Legal affairs.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Maintaining & updating employees' database with necessary joining documents.
∎ Managing shift plan, leave and record.
∎ Coordinating training sessions and seminars to the worker.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping, monitoring attendance of workers and staffs on regular basis.
∎ Employee counseling and motivation are mandatory to reduce absenteeism, turn over.
∎ Proper follow up grievances, disputes on disagreement of responsible premises to lock labor unrest or any unexpected situations.
∎ Responsible for general rules & regulations of the factory, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.
∎ Coordinating each and every level employee's final settlement issue.
∎ Maintain social compliance according to labor law & rules as well as prepare & update documentation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in Bangla (Bijoy) and English typing.
