Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong documentation ability.
2–5 years of experience in HR and/or compliance, preferably in garments industry.
Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and basic audit compliance (BSCI, WRAP, etc.).
Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Location: Factory (Zirani or Konabari)
Job Context
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance professional to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and corporate standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the corporate and factory teams to maintain HR records, assist with audits, and support the implementation of HR and compliance policies across the selective factories of the group.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended 2018) and relevant industry regulations.
Lead and face all types of audits including social compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, Higg), Technical audits, Fire safety and electrical audits, Chemical safety audits.
Coordinate and respond to RSC inspections for building, fire, and electrical safety compliance with verse knowledge.
Experienced with buyer audits.
Maintain all compliance documentation including licenses, audit reports, registers, permits, and certification records.
Lead Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development, implementation, and reporting post-audit.
Liaise with buyers, auditors, and government authorities during visits and inspections.
Ensure full compliance with the buyer`s Code of Conduct (COC) and ethical sourcing standards.
Maintain updated employee records in HRIS. Conduct disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain harmonious relationships between management and workers. Ensure the all of recruitments and on-boarding employees.
Manage administrative budgets and ensure proper usage of company assets and resources.
Ensure proper security, housekeeping, transport, and utility services across the factory.
Oversee overall factory discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
