Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resources
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Communication skill, Computer Proficiency, Problem solving capacity

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the HR lead in the function areas as an expert.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance of the functions.
∎ Provides KPI based performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development)
∎ Works closely with function heads to improve work relationships, build morale, analysis workforce efficiency using analytics.
∎ Design Learning map by assessing competency level

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate needs to attend office at GPH Corporate Office, Sitakunda, Chattogram for initial couple of months.
