Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Graduate in Any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
∎ Performs periodic verification of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
∎ Assist in recruitment process, new staff joining and on-boarding.
∎ Assist in the process of employee performance reviews and keep all the documents
∎ Assists with planning and execution of routine and special events such as meeting, training, orientation, workshop and different HR events.
∎ Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
∎ Received requisition of employee ID Card, ensure preparation, disbursement and record keeping.
∎ Assist to ensure logistics support of HR department.
∎ Provides clerical support to the HR department.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
