Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements.

  • Screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates.

  • Schedule and conduct interviews.

  • Manage the full joining and onboarding process for new employees.

  • Track and monitor employee attendance.

  • Handle leave management and maintain leave records.

  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.

  • Draft, update, and implement office policies.

  • Maintain workplace discipline and ensure compliance.

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations.

  • Provide basic training and orientation to new employees.

    Plan and support team skill development programs.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

  • Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and related administrative tasks.

  • Manage office rooms, seating arrangements, and overall workspace.

  • Schedule meetings and maintain meeting calendars.

  • Collect cash memos, expense bills, and support accounting documentation.

  • Greet and assist office visitors.

  • Provide administrative support Accounts, Sales, and other departments as needed.
