Job Context:
∎ "Fly Far International" is a full-paced, well-renowned travel agency in Dhaka City, Bangladesh. We provide Air tickets, Hotels, Visa, Tour & Holiday packages services Worldwide. We are becoming the complete tour assistant of our valuable customer
∎ This role includes supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Providing counseling on policies and procedures. Being actively involved in leave management, letter distribution. Ensure all HR operational processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll sheet of Fly Far International employees by adjusting salary, leave, weekend shifts, holidays and bonuses.
∎ Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, term changes, and other certificates.
∎ Update Compliance tracker, police verification, and prepare OIG report for both US and BD AXBD employees required for operational purposes.
∎ Update information of Company Organogram and employee directory required for management.
∎ Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
∎ Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational processes are fit for purpose
∎ Lead the development of innovative policies and creative methods of working for wellbeing, employee engagement, and related initiatives.
∎ Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work". Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
∎ Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
∎ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
∎ Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
∎ Sound knowledge of labor laws
∎ Work under pressure
∎ Daily work execution.
∎ Must have good CRM knowledge
∎ Have to be energetic, smart, and can-do attitude.
∎ Outstanding customer service and added value through proactive behavior
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Strong communications and people skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Ability to manage stakeholders successfully
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
