Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate executive for recruitment to fulfill our hiring needs. You should be able to streamline the recruiting process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames.
∎ Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and our social media platforms.
∎ Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
∎ Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
∎ Consulting with applicable team members to obtain their input on potential hires.
∎ Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
∎ To make corporate relations with different training institutes and Universities to collect desirable interns.
∎ Making daily reports for management on interview schedules.
∎ Meeting for recruitment plan regularly with the department.
∎ Finding new sources for potential employees for different departments.
∎ Conducting confidential interviews, checking credits, and following up on references.
∎ To assist administration work when needed.
