Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research & Development: Conduct competitor analysis and research travel trends to identify new opportunities.
∎ Vendor Management: Source and build relationships with hotels, transports, and DMCs.
∎ Communication Maestro: Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
∎ Package Development: Create and curate exciting travel packages based on client preferences and market trends.
∎ Operational Excellence: Manage backend operations, including trip publishing, booking updates, budget preparation, and more.
∎ Client Care: Provide exceptional client support, from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-up.
∎ Team Leadership: Train, assign, and monitor team members to ensure efficient operations.
