Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire visa application process for popular tourist destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.)
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
∎ Ensure all applications are completed accurately and fees are paid correctly
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite approvals and resolve issues
∎ Conduct thorough reviews of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize success rates
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications for documentation and reporting purposes
∎ Handle complex visa applications and escalated cases using problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
