• HOD- Production Planning & Control Expertise: Strong knowledge of workflow planning, scheduling, and material management.
• ERP & Data Analytics Proficiency: Experience with SAP, Fast React, Bleachery, or other ERP systems.
• Lean Manufacturing & Process Optimization: Knowledge of 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Strong Coordination & Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to anticipate production challenges and implement solutions.

• Develop detailed production plans to meet order deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials, for optimal production efficiency.

• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align production schedules with material availability.

• Use ERP and planning software to forecast capacity and production timelines.

• Create contingency plans to mitigate risks such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, and labor issues.
