∎ Bachelor and Masters in Business Studies from UCG Approved University.
∎ CMA/CA (CC) with partly Qualification.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Taxation, Tally ERP.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Excellent communication skill, Financial Reporting, Interpersonal Skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ Skills Required: Budget Analysis, Budget control, Company Tax, Income Tax

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of corporate tax return in compliance with income tax law and submission before Tax Day.
∎ Facilitating income tax assessment through arranging all the documents as requisitioned by the DCT and drafting assessment order with respective tax authority.
∎ Administering appeal at different appeal authority.
∎ Giving advice regarding deduction of tax at source as per applicable rate & payment of such tax.
∎ Preparation and submission of withholding tax return (75A), 108, 108A, monthly TDS return etc.
∎ Ensuring payment of Company's Quarterly Advance Tax.
∎ Assisting to SBU to prepare and submit monthly VAT return and VDS related matter.
∎ Furnishing MOA & AOA & other forms for new company formation, address change, share allotment, share transfer, MOA & AOA clause Change, address change, Name change of any company, updating annual return and PD (Form XII) etc.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up compliance in assigned SBU on regular basis.
∎ Implementation of tax planning ideas in order to minimize tax liability.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Completion of LLB & ITP
